And that can lead to issues with overall health and well-being. For some people, though, it is constant and addicting. By that definition, I think it’s safe to say we have all experienced emotional eating at different times. □ But it’s not impossible! That is what we are all working on this week inside of the FitGym.Įmotional eating is anytime that people use food to cope with feelings, rather than to satisfy true hunger. ![]() It is something many people struggle with and it is hard to overcome. If you are an emotional eater, there is no shame. ![]() ![]() This month is flying by! We are already in week 3 of my April Next Level Living Fit Gym and we are Uprooting Emotional Eating this week.
